We do like this freezer. The drawers wonât close properly but new ones are being sent. Itâs a littler noisier than I was hoping for but not bad. Other than the drawers, seems built well.

I just got the freezer and refrigerator in december. The freezer is not working, water is running under it and it does not freez the food. It also make a beep noise contantly. What can In do?

The freezer is good, has good space but itâs really loud. I had refrigerators and freezers but they were not that loud.

My Electrolux refrigerator and freezer have been working like a dream for several months now and I could not be happier. I did not know that Electrolux made other appliances other than a vacuum, it's name and product is legend in that industry.To my surprise and delight it they fit my space and looks as though they were the built ins that came with the house. Everything is easy to find and it is especially easy to clean. With Passover coming soon, I will need to clean my appliances thoroughly and I do not dread it this year. No more grates and easy dividers. I especially like the bottom section for my fruits and vegetables; the way the top holders move back and forth for easy access to what is stored below. And one certainly could not beat the price-half of what I expected to pay. The installers were very nice and professional.

Humidity on front door

Equipment is very good and nice to the view. But I have issues with humidity drops on the front door. I got the twins, Refrigerator and Freezer and only happens on the freezer. I requested a change once I bought and still happens. Is this kind of regular issue? Service tech offered me a "solution", but don't know if really exists. Thanks!
