Just had kitchen redone. Loving all my kitchen aid appliances can’t wait to cook. Just looking at it for now.

Purchased sight on seen. Apprehensive buyers remorse was quickly dissolved. Keeps things cold or frozen as we like with #3 settings above and below. So easy to arrange, find and store items. LED lights and design makes it a dream not a nightmare to open and close even with hands full. My only regret? Delaying this purchase. It does smudge easily. Also the door must be closed or it will remain open, but this is a small concern I'll gladly accept for its performance.
Garbage. Only lasted 2 years with minimal use.

Bought the previous version of this a couple years ago. We used it a couple times a week. About 6 months ago it just stopped cleaning. Called to get it serviced which was then out of warranty period, so that cost us a couple hundred just to get them to look at it and tell us it was likely the motor and it'd be about $400 and up to fix it if it was the motor.
