This will be my third JennAir Air microwave, gladly this unit replaces a unit that just wa never all that great. So far the new unit is nicer looking and much easier to use than my prior units. Hopefully it wil also have greater success. I believe that jenn Air is trying to reestablish themselves as a better high end unit as what they were know as in the past.

Great to have the microwave/convection oven combination. Definitely worth the upgrade from just the microwave. Very attractive look with all controls on the door. Very quiet when operating, as are all of the new Jenn Air appliances we recently purchased. Both functions are working quite well.

looked great in the showroom, BUT in the evening with low lighting we can not see the touch controls on the front of the microwave... the engineers should have thought of that for sure... they could light up dimly when you walk near or touch the unit, but they did not design that into the unit, very frustrating!
