Purchased in September 2017. Very little use as was purchased only for watching the College football season. Now, August 2019 no power up. After You Tube video led diagnostics I find the mainboard is dead. This is too soon for component failure. Model UN65MU6300FXZA. Mainboard BN94-12197E. Production date stamp 20170808.

I bought the tv November 28th 2017, and it went out today December 12th 2018, just a few weeks after the manufacture warranty expired. Talked to customer service and there is nothing they could do. Waste of money, I won’t buy another Samsung again.

Bought this tv about a month ago to replace our 9 year old 47" Vizio model tv. This is the first smart tv we've ever owned. So far so good. But i think it could use a professional picture calibrating though. Although some of the picture settings seem to work alright. My only complaint is that this model does not have active HDR. But still not a bad udgrade tv.

Tech's suggestion, next time buy the extended warranty. Worked fine until it didn't. A TV should last longer than 15 months. Only giving one star so I can leave a review.
