Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. liability for losses or damages, no matter what the cause, is limited to full refund of the purchase price, repair or replacement of the product(s) at our option. Customer is entitled to any manufacture warranties. Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. Use of the Big-Georges.com web site and purchases of products from said website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action proceeding between you and Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. reserves the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing and shipping any order, including credit card shipping address verification and listed phone number verification. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in order cancellation and may constitute a restocking charge under the conditions of sale. Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. collects and pays applicable sales tax for items delivered to MI addresses. Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. are not responsible for additional costs, tariffs or taxes that may be applicable to items shipped to other states or any shortages or delays. We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to Michigan. Note: We are not required to collect sales tax for shipping destinations outside of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana but your state might. Check with your local tax authorities for specific regulations. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of the taxing authorities in your state.All products are subject to manufacture's availability. It is the Customer's responsibility to insure that the purchased item will fit into the desired location and is deliverable to the desired location. Customer grants a purchase money security interest in the merchandise delivered until payment has been made in full. Customer authorizes Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. to execute such documents in the Customer's name as may be necessary to perfect Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. rights. Upon default, Customer agrees to pay all costs, including reasonable attorney fees, lien fees, collection fees and foreclosure fees, incurred by Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. related to a past due account.
The receipt of an Internet or e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. may conduct fraud prevention screening prior to the shipping of any order. If your order is refused you will be contacted immediately with the reason for refusal. Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item purchased. Additional verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, features, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error Big-Georges.com and Home Appliance Mart Inc. will contact you immediately with the corrected pricing information.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Big George's reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Big George's will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Big George's Return Policy.

Please examine all products close upon delivery. Because we unbox and set in place the majority of the large appliances ordered, you will have the opportunity to fully examine the product. Products that are not unboxed should still be opened and examined for any damage before signing for delivery. Processing a damage claim is made infinitely easier when damage is found at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading. We must be notified of damaged merchandise with in 10 days of delivery.
For your convenience cosmetic damages can be repaired at a later date by a qualified service technician. This will almost always occur quicker than it would take for a new product to be shipped. At the same time you can start to use your new appliance.
All of the products we sell include at a minimum a full one-year warranty backed by the manufacturer for your peace of mind. If after installation the product does not function properly you can call the manufacturer directly or call us and we will help facilitate the repair process.
For additional piece of mind we offer discounted extended warranties. You can purchase these warranties up to six months after the products were purchased. If you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty simply contact us and we will gladly help.
We accept the return of any merchandise up to 30 days after delivery under the following conditions:
1. The item is returned in the original packing along with all material including all instruction booklets and an unmarked warranty card.
2. You are responsible for paying the return shipping charge.
3. There will be a minimum 25% restocking charge to return the item. Any special order item is not returnable.
4. An approved Return Authorization from Customer Service within 30 days after receiving the product.
5. The item is returned in new condition.
6. Trim Kits, Special Orders, Panels and Accessories are not returnable.
7. ANY CLEARANCE ITEM PURCHASED IS NOT RETURNABLE.
While some companies charge you for shipping, which is non-refundable, in most cases we do not. The non-refundable shipping charge helps other companies to offset the cost of returns and other incidental costs. In order to give you the best deal possible we do not normally charge you for shipping. We want to be up front about our return policy, and offer the following suggestions to prevent unwarranted returns:
1. Make sure the items you are ordering will fit were you want it and use the manufacture specifications to confirm the dimensions.
2. Make sure you can meet the required gas, plumbing and electric requirements.
3. On some items, make sure you have the correct door swing.
4. Save all packaging material at the time of delivery, in a condition that will allow you to repack the merchandise, if you think you may be returning any item for any reason.
5. Take into account all door openings. For example, make sure the Side-by-Side Refrigerator will not hit the wall it is sitting against when the door opens.
With an approved Return Authorization we will help set up the return of the product through our national shippers. Upon return the item will be inspected and your credit will be issued. Items with damage, missing parts, packaging or materials, or that are not in like-new condition may warrant a higher restocking fee or be refused altogether.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement without penalty. After 48 hours the order can be cancelled before it is shipped with a restocking charge of 25%. Special Order items can not be canceled.
