This fridge came with a ParkModel home we recently purchased. It seemed to be freezing properly but 2 weeks ago we noticed that some ice cream we had purchased was NOT frozen - it was soft & gooey. 2 different containers, both soft. We had the freezer on the middle, recommended setting, so we turned it up to high. This week the ice cream now seems to be more frozen than before, but still NOT solid frozen as ice cream should be. Meat in the freezer 'seems' to be frozen but it does cause us concern. Is the freezer about to go out ? Does it need service ?
