I bought this product through Home Depot along with another product, which had installation issues and I was distracted by those issues. There were dents in the lower side of the refrigerator and door, which I didn't notice until a week later when I felt that the side of the refrigerator was extremely hot. I unplugged it because I was nervous about the hear. I contacted Home Depot and Frigidaire several times and was told there was nothing either could do because it was out of the 48 hour window. I am now stuck with a refrigerator that I don't feel comfortable using and shouldn't have been dented in the first place. I've always had Frigidaire refrigerators but will no longer buy their products. The review guidelines ask not to speak to customer service, but there doesn't seem to be any way to publicly comment on unsatisfactory customer service.
