The glass shelves with plastic front and back edges can't be removed to clean, as water freezes on shelves when trying to wash, and who would defrost and shut down the entire unit to do it. also bottom cover plate or kick plate is warped and does not cover hinge properly on freezer side and not easy to remove, watched delivery person and dealership sent someone to look at concerns. $1,400.00 dollars, Wife not happy. Apparently design engineers don't know anything about having to clean freezers.
