Recently purchased this refrigerator had to wait over a month to get it in because of the color. I am satisfied with it but the only thing I don’t like about it is you can’t adjust the shelves.

I had to replace my Whirlpool refrigerator due the Camp Fire & being displaced for 3 months. While my house survived, my Fridge and all its contents inside did not. It was pretty bad with the smell and food sitting there with no power for 3 months. Anyway, I replaced the refrigerator with a new Maytag. I chose this one because of the many features. Mainly because of the water & ice dispenser on the door, also the sturdy shelving, the size inside is perfect to hold all my food at perfect temperature. I freeze a lot of stuff so it was important to me to have a good size freezer. The deciding factor was, let’s say… between Whirlpool, GE, or any other brands, was the Maytag 10 yr Manufacture Warranty. No other brand could match that. Plus, it didn’t cost me any more money than what I paid for my original Fridge. In fact, it cost me less than my original Whirlpool cost me. Needless to say, I am very happy with my Maytag AND finally being Home.

Our Maytag 25 CF side-by-side was delivered 2 weeks ago from Home Depot & has been running fine. As far as noise, there's no noise half the time & a slight hum the other half, but not annoying at all. Both fridge & freezer are well-lite. Like 3 bins in fridge & adjustable door shelves, although fridge shelves are not adjustable but seem fine. One fridge shelf is metal, rather than glass, but no explanation why. One lower freezer shelf is also adjustable plus the top shelf converts to hold full size pizza as needed. Bottom freezer door bin seems to work well to keep ice cream not too hard or soft. Water dispenser & ice-maker both working fine as far, although on-off switch inside ice-maker is difficult to get to. Purchased at 10% off, then got another 10% back from Home Depot as sale price dropped between time we purchased & when it arrived. 10-year parts warranty on compressor really sold us on this Maytag.
