I had this product for short time, but am very pleased with it. It has a few features that I was not aware of on purchase, such as the water filter which is a plus. It is quiet and the features on door are conveniently displayed. It is quite easy to roll out of space for cleaning floor. However, I have been unable to find any rebate for EnergyStar refrigerator from Whirlpool or OG&E.

While I was happy I had only 1 choice to fit my small space without remodeling my entire kitchen (I wanted a side by side with water/ice on outside door) more than a few factors bother me. None of the shelves inside (not the door) are adjustable and none will fit a container of milk - it scraps the refrigerator ceiling. None of the fixed shelves are tall enough. You must put milk on the door. Not sure why the shelves are open on the back so small items can fall thru, but it may be for better circulation. The protective plastic covering was a nightmare to get off and I had to see a youtube video so I didn't damage the finish which required a razor blade. It was all stuck in the seams. Most unhappy that I had to choose to either have the handles level or the top of the doors level. I had the store installers try and fail. Don't seem that the handles are drilled in the correct location. Also, while I chose a dark stainless steel finish, the lower hinge and tubing are visiable and are white and stand out!! Other larger models have the tubing the color of the refrigerator. On the plus side, I am happy with the water/ice dispensor and it performs perfectly.
