i really wanted to love this product! i am listing the things i would want to know before i purchased. the ice machine is slow! it makes 8 cubes of ice 3 times a day. the freezer door does not suction shut then the items in the freezer thaw just a small amount. no alarm sound for this. we've had to throw away a few gallons of milk, we kept it in the door area so we moved it & the problem stopped. dents super easily! the finger prints are ridicoulus! very annoying. i had the fridge all set up & then had to update the software. the picture for inside the fridge only shows items on the 2 shelves right in front of the camera. the water leaks a small amount we always have a stain on the shelf.

this is really reliable fridge, i use it for a year already, never had any problems with the display or fridge itself. it always politely asks to close the door when you keep it open for a long time, reminds you to do service in time and overall good quality of service. a year passed and there was only one error on the screen, error 41, i asked support, they replied very fast and i had only to reboot the display, cos i didn't reboot it for a year. that's it. i am happy with this purchase.

checking the ice dispenser didn’t work,towards the ice but it did not dispense this,additionally it continued to make the ice generating a large internal ice rock which split one side of the ice store.dispenser was leaking water, in addition to making a great noise because it was stuck.we notified it and solution was to send a technician to repair. i ask, people buy a new item so that the store sends a technician to him for the problems that he brings from the factory? this doesn't make sense to me.i would not buy at lowe’s nothing.samsung since i will never buy anything from this brand again.the only support that the samsung brand gave me was to send a technician to repair the new refrigerator that i had bought.

we spent $2000 on a beautiful refrigerator. it has the touch screen family center and is smart beyond what we need…but do you know what we need? do you know what we need? do you know what we need? do you know what we need? do you know what we need? how about a stinking light on the water and ice dispenser? are you kidding me? if i had known that, i wouldnt have bought this ! do you know how technologicaly backwards this is? this alone makes the refrigerator a $2000 boat anchor

freezer: the ice maker machine in a complete headache. ice comes out slow. it sprays out ice even when its on “cubed ice”. we have to put our cup completely up against the dispenser or ice goes everywhere. theres no light on the dispenser so you have to turn on the kitchen light in the middle of the night. there isn’t a tray for the dispenser. so water spills down the fridge. its hard to fill large cups or containers like hydro flasks. the hub says the ice bucket is full all the time but there will be be no ice in the bucket. we’ve had the ice machine serviced and it still doesn’t work. we still only get 8 cubes of a week! we bought this expensive fridge and have had problem after problem with it since may 2020.
