Less than a year old and already needs a new freezer door because the ice maker in the door won’t dispense. Completely unacceptable to spend this much money and a year old appliance requires a major new part. Totally inconvenient to not have a functioning ice dispenser during the summer months and the hassle of having to deal with service people on such a new appliance. Could not be more disappointed with this purchase. The ancient, ugly 20 year old refrigerator that we replaced with this one still works and has a functioning ice maker..We should have kept it!

I bought this a year ago. Couldn’t be more disappointed. The plastic shelving on the inside has broken multiple times and Jenn air has taken 3 months to replace bc they say they are backordered. The drawers don’t slide out easily (again poor quality by Jenn air) and there is not enough room in the vegetable drawer to hold my produce. Poor quality on interior plastic drawers for a $3000 refrigerator. To top it off, just was informed they discontinued this model! Ugh!!!!

Great design, nice interior finishes, shelves and bins. Handles compliment my Architect series appliances. Would prefer separate ice and water dispensers. Like the dual cooling units. To bad this model has been discontinued as i do not like bottom freezers.

I had never owned a side by side fridge and read mixed reviews. I decided to go for it anyway and I have no regrets! No more bending over and digging through the freezer or pulling open the giant drawer. Frozen pizzas fit easily in the freezer side and pizza boxes fit in the fridge side...the two things people complain a lot about. I also live the counter depth, no digging in the back of the fridge. Water & ice works great too. Side by side fridges have a new fan! Plus, I think it looks so much more sleep than other fridges.
