very shallow inside, that's why it's only 19Cu.poor quality, stopped cooling right after warranty expires. DO NOT BUY. No one will buy this brand except for cheap builders.

Our 2 year old home (the model home of the development) came with all Electrolux appliances. We have replaced the dishwasher and now it looks like the refrigerator is next and the microwave may not be far behind. I have no faith in this brand and they are supposed to be a high end brand. The freezer and double wall ovens are still functioning well, fingers crossed. Refrigerator suddenly could not chill below 50 degrees, we have replaced the thermostat (panel is behind the vegetable drawer and it was gross) still waiting to see if it works. Tech said if this doesnât work we will need a new refrigerator. These appliances look so good when theyâre new, do not be fooled.

Purchased our refrigerator 5 years ago. At three years it started cooling too cold. After two service calls, supposed to be fixed. Six months later, does it again, new temperature prob and another part replaced. Temp then fluctuate warm/cold until three months ago temp wonât go below 45. Another call, Freon leak due to poorly designed appliance as per the technician. Water drips from evaporator coil to metal tubing causing it to corrode. Get that fixed and now running cold and freezing the food on top shelf. Iâm disgusted that I have to again have it serviced. I have replaced every part as of today, This should NOT be happening to a five year old refrigerator.

Renovated our kitchen and had new side by side freezer and refrigerator installed. Love them at first then started having issues. We just had the repair tech provide us with a $2136.00 estimate to fix a design fault in the coolant system in our only 2 year old refrigerator. Electrolux customer service provided no help or remedy. I hope there is an alternative to a Class action lawsuit being brought.

First, customer service is a joke. After holding for almost an hour you get someone who has no clue. Our refrigerator unit (freezer is actually great), quit working in December, barley 2 yo. Techs came out 3 times to no avail. Do not buy these units. Customer service is awful and the product (refrigerator) is apparently, JUNK.
