We are overall happy with the unit, with one exception. The ice maker is in the top of the fridge, and it leaks/drips water down the inside of the door, leaving the inside ice hopper frozen to the inside of the door. I'm sure this is something that can be easily fixed, but it is an inconvenience to have to schedule a repair on a brand new refrigerator.

We bought this model 2 years ago. The ice maker and dispenser has stopped working and the lights are constantly glitching. I have contacted customer service and they are completely unwilling to help me and stand by their product. We paid $2,542 for this product and could not be more disappointed in the product and the company. DO NOT BUY FROM WHIRLPOOL!
