do yourself a favor and do not buy this refrigerator. we have had less than five years and nothing but problems. icemaker has been replaced three times and still does not work. since the last repair the freezers do not work and we were told it is unrepairable. company not fun to work with and did not resolve to our satisfaction. it’s a lot of money to spend on a product that is not going to last. we were originally told they would give us a new refrigerator at no cost then we were told they didn’t have any and our options were getting some money back or getting a coupon for a 50% off future purchase. definitely not a fair exchange after first being offered a new fridge.

the ice maker is horrible. it keeps freezing up and i have had replaced once. they now tell me someone will come out to look at it but it isn't under warranty.

After 1 year my ice maker stopped working after being serviced twice and some part replacement it still doesn’t work. On year 2 the soda stream stopped working. I called to get service and it takes weeks before the service guy came , again he needed a part that he didn’t have . After all was “fixed “ 2 weeks went by and again both sodastream and ice maker just don’t work. I give up and am getting a new fridge . NOT SAMSUNG

I purchased this refrigerator in Nov 2017 and have called in 4 different repairs on the ice maker. Every time they replace a part and then again the ice maker freezes over. I have read many others having this issue but Samsung still has not figured out the obvious design flaw. In addition, the Hub is buggy at best and does not function well or sometimes at all with my iOS smartphone. I had to reset the Hub using the top power switch several times to reboot.
