got it serviced about a month ago and the same problem occured. no cooling in the fridge and freezer. had to throw away so much food! ice machine also gives problems after some time. i have only had this fridge since 2018 and no small kids in the house so there would be a problem on my side. really hard to communicate with samsung to fix the problem. i had a kitchen aid fridge before this and i had no problem in the 10 years i owned it. got this for a better upgrade and it's garbage! i wish i kept my kitchen aid.

ice maker gets ice cubes stuck in where theyre suppose to come out, then they thaw out and water runs all over the floor because the drip tray is designed poorly. expensive fridge for the issues ive had with it.

after waiting 5 months to receive this fridge the family hub has been frozen for 10 days now. i unplugged, factory restarted, flipped the door switch on and off. nothing has worked. a tech came out did a factory reset and it worked about an hour. back to frozen. samsung refused to put in another service ticket for 24-48 hours because it might correct itself. what a joke!!!! still sitting here without any resolution on a $4000 fridge. do yourself a favor and buy something else.

We bought our 28 cu. ft 4 dr flex Samsung in October 2018. We have not had any issues so far. We love the way it keeps everything fresh longer and the huge tablet on the door has spoiled us. Easy access to photos, pinterest, music and 100 other things. The things that I don't like is that it is NOT fingerprint resistant and the frig is easily dinged if something lightly hits it. We have 2 small dings on the side of the door and one on the edge of the inside. Coating/she'll is not durable. Luckily these dings are not very noticeable because of where they are. I have told my all male family members to treat the frig like an uncooked egg. I did purchase the 3 year extended warranty after reading the negative reviews about the ice maker. We use ours every day and no issues. Thanks Samsung!
