We have been very pleased with this product to date. Especially impressed with the interior design that has increased storage capacity from previous 30 inch refrigerators and provided thoughtful storage options. The newer features , including interior filtered water dispenser and built-in icemaker as well as filters for food freshness have proved to be quite beneficial. In terms of overall appearance (exterior) and presentation, we believe that all the door/drawer handles would look much better in black tone rather than chrome. The chrome detracts somewhat from its sleek black look.

From the moment we had the unit installed, there was a sound that was not defined in the Kitchen Aid Troubleshooting section. We had the local Kitchen Aid serviceman come around. He replaced the Damper Unit. However, within a short time, the noise returned. Again, we had the serviceman around and, again, he replaced the damper unit. We still have the noise. Is that to be expected with this refrigerator model or should it run silently? Everythng else about the unit is good; looks nice and refrigerates and freezes quite well. It seems a bit noisy.

I bought this in February and am loving it. The refrigerator section is spacious enough and so is the freezer.

We brought our new fridge home and within a week it was making a very loud buzzing noise then completely stopped cooling. The adjustable tray broke the first day as well. Very disappointed.

Overall nice fridge for the size. Not crazy about the white feet and there is no cover at the bottom. For the money I feel it should have a cover at the bottom. Most of the others do.
