Everything looked good for the first 6 weeks until it stopped holding temp, thawed out all of our food, spoiling it in the process. Looking at some of the other reviews, it seems like this is a pattern with this product.

Hadn’t had it a month yet and it thawed out all our meat. Dang thing already not working. Contacted GE Services and they agreed it went bad. They ordered parts and we are still waiting on it to be, of all things, “repairedâ€. Brand new and not working.

We love our new freezer. The whole experience was really amazing. It came so quickly and is good quality. We have yet to fill it up after numerous shopping trips. Very pleased with it.
