We bought this fridge as a replacement using only online photos to make our choice. Overall, I am happy with the fridge. I hadn’t realized the main freezer drawer was a basket, thought it was more solid. The crisper drawers are great, so far. The large deli drawer seems flimsy and doesn’t slide very well, especially while closing. We are still sorting out where to put things, but it’s nice that fridge things aren’t freezing anymore. (That was the issue with our old fridge.)

It keeps things cold, but it makes a lot of noise. The door has a high initial resistance, which bothers my wife. You have to give it a good tug to open it. Sometimes it moves towards you instead of opening. It is not very attractive. Kind of ugly, actually. But it works...so far. I just wish I hadn't paid $2000 for a fridge. A cheaper one would probably be equivalent.

i've had this slightly over a month and am very pleased so far- it looks great, love that one can buy it with the handle left or right so there are no plugs. lighting great. didn't want the whole water ice thing so great that it came without! it is on the small side and i'm trying to get creative with the shelving etc. no complaints.
