My family and I love the washer its sleek and quiet . The hook up was very simple and fast, I haven't had a issue with at all easy to operate and it has a pleasant melody play when its done. I would recommend smart top load to my friends.

We got this because our old one was going out. Got it at a great discounted price and its like Christmas! I LOVE it! Its huge and love being able to make it one full load instead of doing 2-3 loads. There are so many unique setting and pretty sue I haven't figured them all out just yet but I will. I like how it can do a fast load in 28mins. Its amazing! It's funny because after using it for first few days after about the 4th wash it started playing a song at the end of the wash cycle letting you know your load is done, lol! I haven't figured out how to turn that off but its really cool!! Thanks again Samsung and Insiders!!

This 5.1 cu. ft. Smart Top Load Washer w/ ActiveWave™ Agitator and Super Speed Wash (WA51A5505AW/US) was one of my greatest investments. I paid a discounted price but got the full vip treatment with this washer. No matter what my family washes, you have a setting for it. And if there is not a setting for what you need, you can download the app and and set you one. You need this in your life.

we replaced our front loading washer with this model after it needed repairs and was very loud. the front loader also gathered mildew along the seal causing odor. we love the larger capacity and all the different settings. we prefer unloading on this washer because we dont have to bend or kneel. the active waterjet function is nice for rinsing spots on clothing before putting them in. we definitly like the flexibility of the temp, rinse, spin, and soil settings. our teenagers load the machine to the max and it has handled the load with no problems. we are excited to try the 28 min. super speed wash cycle. the wifi connectivity is awesome and allows you to start a load from anywhere or be notified when the load is done. i would definitely recommend this washer!

I bought this around fall break and I’m so glad! The large tub has cut down on my laundry time immensely. I have 5 kids so it piles up quickly. I wanted an agitator and this one fit the bill perfect. I love the ability to shoot water onto clothes to clean stains. I am also learning how to control the cycles from my phone. It is a big help to know when a cycle is done so it doesn’t sit in the wash to long, esp when I am away and need the kids to transfer to the dryer. I would definitely buy this washer again.
