Mold in the soap dispenser

We have had this for two years now, bought it from Sears. Got sold on the load and go but every week we need to clean the mold in the soap disoenser area. We have called the technicians couple of time but this seems to be the way the machine needs to be 'maintained'.

Purchased two months ago to replace a 12-year old Whirlpool Duet. Great capacity. Controls are easy to navigate. The teenagers find this unit easy to use. Washing cycle is Alittle longer than my Duet, but Clothes are always clean.

This is a great washer I have always used whirlpool washer and dryer this is my second set my first set was a Kenmore Ht4 Which was made by Whirlpool used it for over 20 years The washer finally died but the dryer was still going strong very pleased with this!!!
