I bought this machine at Lowes as a floor model. I got it at a good price. So far Ive been impressed but the features and ease of use. I like the integrated app and the audio diagnostics. The speed of washing a regular load of laundry is amazing. The machine is very quiet and the ultra high spin cycle almost makes the clothing dry. The only feature I do not have is the auto dispensing detergent. I wasnt sure if it was worth the extra cost and I was wondering about how the dispensing is calibrated. I also like the app counts down the time to use the tub washing tablets. I also like the record of washing done and how much energy used. Not sure what I can do with that info but I have it. I do have an issue with the selection knob. Sometimes it hard to tell which setting the machine is on.

We purchased this after ours quit after 13 years. We were planning to have it repaired however the cost effectiveness was almost mute. I purchased a new one and very happy with washer. This model comes with wifi connection ability and very easy to operate. After a few loads my wife was happy with the results of the washer and probably will purchase a new dryer of the same set. The ability to set and forget was perfect for what we needed and save energy aswell. We hope this washer surpasses the life expectation of the old model. I will continue to purchase LQ products.

Just purchased this washer/dryer set and love them Washer is 5 cubic feet and can handle anything we put it in it. These are very efficient and quiet. Be sure you only use a tablespoon or less of detergent to avoid extra suds and damaging the tub. The washer automatically tells the dryer the best cycle to select which is cool. Got the pedestals for added height and these are perfect. Looking forward to years of reliability with these.
