I bought this 2 months ago. The first time I used it it leaked from underneath. I had a plumber look at it and he said it was an issue with the actual machine. I went online to request service. They sent me a video on how to clean it-surprise that didnt fix it The online chat said they would arrange to have someone out to look at it. It has been about 3 weeks now and no response.

Never had a front load until now and I love it. It only takes 29 minutes for normal loads as apposed to an hour on my old top load. Also love the wifi option so I know when it gets done. Overall love the washer. Will more than likely buy the matching dryer when current one needs replaced.

I LOVE IT i REPLACED AND OLDER LG FROUNT LOADER WHICH MY FRIEND TOOK AND LOVES IT. i HAD A LITTLE ISSUE WITH THE TOP AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE TOOK CARE OF IT. ONLY WISH WOULD BE THE TOUCH SCREEN EASIER TO READ WITHOUT HAVING TO TURN ON THE ROOM LIGHT.
