We purchased this basic front loading washer on the recommendation of our appliance repair technician. The salesman at Home Depot also recommended this unit based on our needs. There is just the two of us so our volume is low once a week for a load. The washer has worked flawlessly since we started using it and the extra rinse cycle insures that the soap is washed off the clothes. The website with its videos is an excellent source of information. You tube can supplement that with addition hints on how to safely adjust the water level during washing etc. We are pleased that the unit has worked well in the early goings of using it.

This us our second version of this washing machine. Our last one went strong for 14 years before calling it quits. The new version has a slightly smaller footprint and is even quieter than our prior machine. I was so happy to see that LG still made the same washing machine

This machine is so much better than any we have hadand we have had a bunch. The quietest of any of them. Super easy to use. Most importantly it cleans our laundry by far the best. Very good value. And reliable. No issues during the two-plus years we have owned it.
