i bought a brand new samsung washer very much like this one. after 2 years 4 months exactly it broke. samsung sent a repair person to my home 2 times. both times the motherboard was replaced and the samsung washer is still broken. repair person determined the washer unrepeatable. the samsung warranty expires at 2 years. i wasted my money on a new samsung washer that only works for 2 years.
