Excellent small load washer. It cleans rinses and spins very well. It surprises me with how easy it is to use and how I lived without it before. Works separately or simultaneously with main washer.

The washer is good and its nice to have an additional small load area to wash in. But it keeps sliding back into the drawer doesnt stay open. I have to hold it there w a hand and awkwardly put in the clothes

I bought this 5 months ago and was nice for additional washer but then stopped working due to the door failing to close properly. Contacted LG to get repaired since within warranty but lengthy process and have not gotten approved yet. If I could go back and change things I would have just gotten a second larger washing machine then spend money on the sidekick washer.

Perfect for small loads and to wash something quickly in an emergency. Like the fact it has Smart Diagnosis but very disappointed it does not alert you when finished through the app. Would give it five stars under features if it had this alert feature.
