Our first Whirlpool Duets were purchased in September of 2003. They both started acting up at the same time, but were used a lot with a family of 5 for 16 years. First decision another Whirlpool. Second decision, larger size. We purchased the pair W/D with no WiFi. This dryer is gas, and works amazing. It runs in half the time as the old duets. We have not used the steam cycle yet. Make sure you get a steam kit for your dryer.

I replaced Kenmore Ht4 which are also made by Whirlpool and they were 25 years old never had a problem that’s why I stuck with whirlpool
