terrible customer service, not helpful, dryer came defective and now they are claiming i physically damaged the dryer and i am responsible. the dryer is making a loud grinding noise, the tech that was dispatched opened the appliance and notice broken parts in the drum and said he will contact samsung to replace it...made 7 calls to samsung and they keep releasing call
