The features of the Washer and Dryer are good. They operate super quiet as claimed. Some how we felt that the Smart dial screen would have been better designed on a look and feel. Having black brushed type and the window also looking black, it looks plane without any design.

I’m happy that I made this purchase. It looks beautiful and works great. Telling me when my laundry is done through my app is awesome, I can be more productive now. Making doing laundry easier, I love it!

It will not dry completely at the recommended cycle. I have the impression that it has a sensor to know need it more time or less.

Bought a month ago when our washer and dryer died. We were not looking at getting something with so many features but I’m so glad I did. I love that I am able to connect the washer and dryer to my phone and it lets me know when they are complete as before I could never hear when they were done and it’s also a great reminder so I don’t forget the laundry.
