My new Bosch 500 Series dryer is amazing. It's so quiet when it is running I can hardly hear if it is actually turned on. Has a good sized capacity and also plenty of different functions to choose from. Works seamlessly with my 500 Series washer too.

The dryer broke the second time we used it. The appliance store says Bosch insists on a service call before replacing it. We have to wait almost 4 weeks for that service call. No dryer in the meantime. We are beyond excited nhappy with this situation, and are hoping Bosch will step up and do the right thing.

Decent dryer, but the remote start feature doesn't make sense, as you have to click remote start on the machine every use. It should remain toggled on if clicked 1 time or the app should be able to always have remote start connected
