Dryer has not worked for over a month. Was overheating or not heating at all. After 2 service calls to fix it Samsung has now agreed to replace it. Waiting to be processed so I can order a new one. Hopefully, don't have the same problem again. Washer was just under a year old. Also, I trouble with anything large, like a sheet, immediately balling up in the dryer. To dry sheets I had to be nearby to constantly in all them so they would dry. Never had that problem before, even with Samsung.

this product is falsely advertised as an energy star certified product. it is not energy star and you can not get a rebate from it from your utility provider. you can only get a rebate from the paired clothes washer.
