I truly believe this product is good especially having those features. I only gave 2 stars because we ended up returning this including the washer. The dryer was nit properly installed: there were many deep scratches & the delivery guy did not have enough tools (they even had to borrow our screw driver). While the washer totally did not work (only turns on but not do anything). Customer service was not very helpful in resolving reported issues. Did nit even try.

new dryer when installed made a lot of noise. opened a ticket, no one from samsung calls back. i call and samsung demands a technician evaluates. after waiting for another 2 weeks the technician comes and says the machine arrived damaged and could not be fixed. call samsung to finally exchange it, and they say they can’t since i missed the 14 days complain period after delivery-called 3 weeks after delivery. since then spent over 15 hours on the phone with multiple departments. in short, samsung sold me a damaged product and is making every effort not exchange it. do not buy from samsung.com and if you do, don’t count on their customer service (it’s more anti-customer service).whoever runs samsung’s customer service should just close it, since it does not function as such.

we bought a samsung washer and dryer, after three months the dryer broke down and samsung refused to repair it. their repairman came, he disassembled the dryer and said that he could not say exactly what caused the dryer to break down, perhaps during delivery or at the factory itself, perhaps it was a factory defect. the repairman said samsung should replace the dryer. then samsung said that the repairman concluded that it was damage. the damage is not visible visually. a month and a half quarreled with samsung and no result. samsung has the worst customer service.
