both washer and dryer came damaged. not sure if it was merchandise problem or the delivery was the problem. point is i ordered two bran new samsung products and both come damaged. cause damage to my home. bad 1st time biyer experience. never ordering from website again.

got red samsung washer/dryer in 2009. held up well, except for the continuing issue of lint buildup inside the dryer. it looks like they addressed the lint buildup problem. washed a light load and dried ok. then washed a heavy load and washer stopped error nf - not enough water getting into washer. either the installer failed to turn the water back on fully, or i will just disconnect the steam feature. my neighbor will help accessing water to see which is the problem. i like the "damp dry" feature. the door is made of plastic and won't last 12 years. i am having trouble lowering the heat on delicate and perm press settings. i may have to resort to just use time setting to get the temp down from high to medium. what a shame. price is about the same as 12 years ago. so is my pension.

very disappointed overall with this dryer. after a year and two months of light use its making a squeaky noise. since its two months over the warranty we are on the hook for repairs. expected better from a samsung product

The dryer is very quiet and looks great. I do wish the surface wasn't so easy to scratch--we set a box of dryer sheets on top of the unit and when it got bumped, it made a shallow scratch in the stainless steel.

this platinum color was very difficult to find during covid. i am very happy with my purchase. a friend of mine has the same type of washer/dryer for 3 years now and it has been working out fine.
