We just got our new Range installed, it came with one of these already which our contracted installed when he was installing the range. We bought a second HD Sliding Rack and attempted to install it ourselves, it wasn't simple as advertised but it did go in finally. If you don't get it the first time, be patient and work with it. Note to Kitchenaid, an install and removal video would be helpful.

impossible to get out of the oven even if your self clean function does work. Kitchen aid- worst oven I have ever owned!
