This piece of JUNK is WORTHLESS. Bought from BestBuy and in less than a year I have had to have the "Touch screen" unit replaced 4 times. I finally got fed up and told Whirlpool Customer Service (who is a nightmare as well) I no longer want your piece of junk. I want a refund so I can purchase anything other than Whirlpool. They told me I had to take an exchange.....EXCUSE ME???? When does Whirlpool dictate what type of appliance I have in my home? They are refusing to give me a refund only an exchange. Well, we will see about that! I'll keep you posted.

I love the new stove with one exception. I would have prefered no smart control, but I wanted convection, and it matches my new fridge, and dishwasher. Also, too new to actually rate much about it yet.
