We’re still discovering all the features of the ovens, but we have found the baking very even and consistent with the convection oven. Love the Easy Convection feature.

I love the smaller oven on top for quick dinners, and smaller things, but the bigger oven on the bottom for some serious heavy duty cooking. Easy to clean. Gas is the perfect way to go on this stove. Thanks for making a wonderful product!
