Oven temperature and timer are difficult to use simultaneously. Temperature and timer beep needs to be louder.

the range looks Great but I had missing parts I didn’t have the brackets to attach it to the wall which we need to do for our safety codes here And they were supposed to be trim package added for free when you spend this much on the stove I didn’t get either. I called them in a factory after going through the store and then telling me that’s what I had to do and they said they’d get them shipped right out however it’s been a couple weeks several weeks in fact and nothing has come. Addition it was a terrible smell in the oven it took more than what the instructions said to do to get the smell out in order to use the oven we had to clean it several times heated up and clean it all over again it was really beyond ridiculous to have to go through that and I was really concerned about cooking my Thanksgiving dinner in it with the smell still faintly there after spending days trying to get it out.Also the touch pads on the front Panel a really oversensitive I barely wipe a cloth buy them to clean the stove Or lean towards the stove or stir in any padding my body is it close to it changes the settings and it’s driving me crazy and I imagine it could be dangerous. I wish I spent a little more and got about a unit I mostly wish I’d get the parts that are supposed to be added after spending hours on the phone trying to get the manufacturer to provide them and saying they would but they never arrived. I hate leaving a bad review but I have no choice on this one.
