I cook almost everything with Cast Iron so induction seemd like a no brained. It has not disappointed; got the add on griddle to top as well which is great for breakfast. You will likely need to replace it our pots like me but with you can heat up soup in a minute and boil water in no time you will think itâs worth it to. Oh yeah and the oven is great as well.

I'm really excited about how fast it heats up the food. I'm still working through the 150 manual. Lots of things that make it more technical than previous stoves. It seems easy to clean. I did have to pay 1200 to upgrade to a 220 volt outlet, which I wasn't prepared for. Also, I didn't know that when they install, it doesn't include that. So I had to get an electrician to install. When the installers disconnected the gas line, they didn't cap it per code. Also, beware that if you're using induction like this, you need special pots and pans that are magnetic. I had to ditch several pans. But again, really cool features. The stove top cools quickly.
