Touch controls difficult

Listen to all the reviews and get a range with rotating dials. The touch controls aren’t sensitive and I have to press hard and in several directions to actuate.

Very fast cooktop! Controls are well thought out; however it is necessary to read the manual to use them properly. Oven is accurate and much better than my old stove.
