My experience is broadly the same as so many here. The range was delivered with a faulty circuit board that gained time each day. I waited a month or so for a replacement. The replacement came and within 60 days of repair, the new circuit board stopped working. No heat at all in "Bake" or "Convection Bake" and resets the system when switched to "Convection Bake" (see photo). I have now been waiting more than two months for a second replacement part with no ETA and no further communication from Bosch. Company statement on this website says it could be as long as 8-12 months to receive a resplacement. Worse yet, Bosch is emailing me to request that I purchase an Extended Warranty. The gall and tone-deafness of this solicitation is incredible.

We have had our range for 13 months and now it has stopped working. I am shocked and disappointed to say the least after having paid $4200!! I called customer service but was told I was out of luck, no warranty.

No Oven!!!

Like many other reviewers, my oven quit after 6 months. No oven for Thanksgiving and now no oven for Christmas. The service rep gave me a date of 1/10/22 to get the parts. Said he has seen this issue a couple times with this product. Bosch needs to recall this product or provide customers with a complimentary extended warranty. I feel confident that this will happen again with the new parts. Not really the quality I was expecting for such an expensive product.

We have loved our range. We did have an issue with a bad chip when we first recieved our unit that caused the clock to run fast and the oven to give a false temperature reading, but Bosch was very fast and very communicative during the repair process. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get my unit fixed. We have owned many ranges over the years and I would rate this one as one of the best.

2 Problems Right Out of the Box

Right out of the box my range did not work in 2 ways: First, the oven did not work at all, on any of the settings. This was repaired a month later when parts finally arrived to fix it. Second, the clock runs fast and is unusable; after 2 months still waiting for Bosch to find a fix. For such an expensive range I find these problems inexcusable.
