I bought two of these and they have a very loud fan that is on during cooking. Imagine how loud it is when I am using all four ovens. Then after I remove my food the fans are still in effect while we are trying to eat. It is loud and quite annoying. That shouldve been conveyed to us before purchasing. I would never purchase again. One fan is loud enough to be disturbing

I ordered a set of appliances from LG to include an oven/microwave combo once installed we tried the microwave and it makes a loud rattling noise. I called customer service and got zero assistance. Hung up on twice tried the chat every time the person I was chatting with would close the chat.

disaster from the beginning / item did not work when installed / had two different electric companies check the installation / all was fine the item was defective and did not work / no satisfaction from LG or its representative / retail store replaced LG PRODUCT with another brand that is working great / process took about two months or more / sales lady went above and beyond to make sure my wife and i were satisfied / has all my future business / not LG
