I was originally going to get a double wall kitchenaid. The dealer told me they were on back order for at least 6 months! So I did some research with the help of the appliance store and bought the double wall Electrolux. This oven is the best oven I have ever owned! The Air sous vide mode really does make your food taste like you are at a five star restaurant. The air fryer mode actually works. I donât need extra gadgets on my counter anymore. I still need to tryout steam bake and roasting. I can preheat my oven on the way home from work. There is no loud fan noises while baking I definitely recommend this double wall oven!

I havenât had a chance to use the sous vide feature. The air fryer is okay but Iâve only used it once for fries. The oven seems to cook hotter than my last one so I . The fryer basket extends further than the half sheet pan I put under it so be careful to avoid spillage. My last Electrolux came with two extension racks per oven. This only has one. Also havenât tried the steam mode for baking or cleaning. This oven has a bigger open gap on the bottom that I donât like. Weâre going to look for some metal mesh to trim it better.
