Overpriced cheaply made garbage

this microwave looks nice, but does not last. an error code c-do came up for no discernible reason. after doing research online and talking to samsung employees, it was clear that this was unfixable. it is possibly due to moisture on the key pad? what happens when you boil water on the stove under the microwave that is apparently designed to be hung "over the range." or if you clean the outside with cleaning spray? we had only had this microwave for 1.5 years in a 2 person home with mild usage. we took good care of it. absolutely unacceptable for an appliance of this price to last for such a minimal time. the thin plastic was already rubbing off the buttons as well, again after only 1.5 years of mild use. all of these products are plastic and circuits that are unfixable.

heating time is double compare with old wastinghouse or lg i had before. im not satisfiy with what i purchased. wanted to return it to home depot but after contacting samsung customer service with rescheduling service cuple time they waste 14 days time for return it to store. now i have a brand new microwave wich needs 3 parts to change and repair. im not sure it will works well after. they had to replace it but they didnt .

costs too much to have repaired! the repair people samsung was going to send need us to take the microwave down for them to repair! so to pay for that then to pay for the repairs i can buy a new one!

to date we have nothing but a good experience. not had any problems in the year and a half since it was installed. we have all samsung kitchen appliances and all work great.
