It is 2 months now LG never come to repair or exchange 3 of my brand new appliances

We purchased this microwave along with a double oven refrigerator and dishwasher all LG for a kitchen remodel in March 2020. Due to COVID they were not installed and in use until September 2020. The microwave is really sharp looking with excellent features and worked fine until mid-January 2022 when it no longer would heat items. No warning or error messages it just stopped. The magnetron was faulty with the repair man shaking his head referring to this being a LG issue and indicating I should replace some other very cheap components that tend to fail to avoid having to call him back in 6-12 months. Hes not the first one to make such a comment although the oven refrigerator for the most part dishwasher and our LG TV work extremely well. Repairs look to run 40-50 of the original cost of the unit as LG only offers a 1 year warranty. Tremendously disappointed in the product. AVOID.

Good overall performance. Love the extenda-vent keeps the moisture off the front of the door especially since his is where the keypad lives One thing to be aware of is the larger than expected door notch. Could make it problematic if your cabinet doors above the microwave dont adjust

I have had this microwave for a few years and mostly it has been reliable. There have been some issues due to heat from gas range below it. It has extendable hood filter section when used extended will block a good bit of the harmful heat. Only had a few things to break one of which is the LED lighting module started to blink off. Trying to find the correct replacement has become difficult. Most suppliers have either been out of stock or cant get the correct part.

I bought this microwave 3 years ago and has already stopped working. I bought all new LG appliances which included stove microwave refrigerator dishwasher washer and dryer and after 3 years the refrigerator and microwave have already went out. Never again will I buy LG appliances.
