Purchased couple weeks ago and just blown away by the features and super quiet operation. This has to be the best Microwave we have ever used. Other than a broken mounting tab during install no issues so far.

Hard to find a full-size microwave hood combination. It truly is full-size so is quite a bit bigger than what it replaced. After getting used to the size, though, I'm very happy with it. The fan is powerful, unlike most. Lovely sounds, too - pleasant tones and not jarring buzzing, dings or beeps. I'm still learning all the functions, have played with timed lights, fans, etc. So many options!

I love the look of the microwave, but upon installation, when the installer removed the covering over the stainless around the door, scratches appeared from the tape. I have no idea if this is the installer fault or if the this was delivered that way. So living with it, but somewhat disappointed.
