I received this microwave 11/21/19. I love the features on this one. The defrost mode works great without cooking the outside edges of meat or poultry (like my old one did). I like the soften feature for butter, ice cream, or cheese. The warm-hold works well also. The sensor cook feature for a dinner plate tends to cook it too long, so I have to check it after a couple of minutes. So far, that's my only complaint. I love the exhaust fan on it to. It moves a lot more air and more quietly than my old one. I also thought the light was adequate. If it last 11 1/2 years like my last GE model did, I'll be really happy. My daughter has had one similar to this model for about a year now, and she loves hers too. (She has 3 kids and uses hers a lot more than I do.) I would definitely buy again.

Has been installed for about 2 months. Quiet, easy to use. Feels solid. Large capacity. The fan underneath is strong and has several levels (my last microwave had several levels but they all sounded like they were on high), and the underneath lighting is effective and useful. Used to microwaves that, if you just press "1" or "2" it turns it on high for that amount of time. For this one I have to press, for example, 1-0-0 for one minute, or the 30 second button twice. Dislike the depressing sounding chime. The microwave takes longer to heat popcorn (about 2:15) than my last $99 microwave (2 minutes). I can live with the problems. "First world problems", as it is said. Really. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Instructions are useless.Unable to download instructions from website - they are probably the same instructions that came with the microwave.
