Super nice product, works great and easy to install. I love the features and look of it. Also, the beep isn't annoying at all. It's actually a great feature too.

First thing we noticed is that it is severally underpowered compared to our Panasonic countertop. We dealt with that issue up until it decided to spark from underneath making a burn hole about the size of an pencil eraser in the metal vent. We contacted our sales representative and he referred us to deal with Whirlpool directly which as been a mistake up to this point. We unplugged the microwave in fear of it burning our 3 month old house down. The most concerning part about this is we have $8,000 worth of Whirlpool appliances in the house right now. If the are the same quality as this microwave, we have made a serious mistake.
