Microwave light underneath hasnt worked since day one two months later LG hasnt found anyone to fix it. Customer service asked me to find someone to fix it and they would authorize???

I bought this microwave a month ago and so far I am so happy with its convenience of use its convection cooking. I really like the ExtendaVents with absorb the entire vapor from the cook top

Great in concept but not sure about the execution

We bought this microwave because it solved a very basic problem the fan in our old one wasnt affective venting the front two burners. This model solved that problem. At least it would have if the fan would work all the time. Intermittently the fan fails to start at all. I have an appointment scheduled to fix it but its been working since I made the appointment so I postponed it. Also when the microwave is running the fan turns off.
