Broke after a couple year

Garbage. Unfortunately. It broke after a couple years and was over $1,000.00 to fix.

Great customer service, microwave, not so much...

Product was installed yesterday and was defective out of the box. Turntable does not turn and micro heating runs but does not heat. Customer service has been very responsive thus far, and a tech is coming out 5/24. I will update this review after the tech does his/her thing, but not happy with the product.

Broken after less than 50 uses

We have this in our vacation home and have used it less than 50 times. The control panel has quit working. It was a VERY EXPENSIVE microwave and we are thoroughly disgusted it has quit working. A cheap Walmart oven would last longer than this. We needed this size to fit above our regular wall oven. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Already sounds like an old Buick

We purchased this unit less than a month ago and it already has started to fail. The fan is hit or miss starting up and sounds like a clunker when it gets started up.
