The microwave works great. It has many time-saving features and one-touch functions that we use. More than happy with the oven. However, the built-in kit leaves a lot to be desired. It requires exact floor location as well as mounting the side brackets exactly with respect to the floor. it would appear that the sheet-metal bottom mounting plate could be eliminated and replaced with two mounting blocks [even wood] to make mounting and adjusting the oven's height to align the escutcheon plate.
